Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
TRADE LIKE A PRO LLC (referred to herein as "MMG"), has two clear refund policy's based on the scope of products and services purchased;
1. Online purchases under $1,000 come with a 30-day action based guarantee unless noted otherwise. If within 30-days of your purchase you provide proof that you have completed each of the four simple tasks below and are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), we will refund 100% of your investment.
1. Watch All Of The On-Demand Video Training Program or Attend 2 Full Days Of Live Virtual Training
2. Set Up Your MMG Software Account
3. Open A Trading Account
4. Place A Trade (Paper Trade or Live Trade)

Business to business transactions greater than $1,000 such as consulting, business software, or advanced training ("Business Services") are governed by individually signed agreements between MMG and the Purchaser. In general, or if no agreement was signed, for business to business transactions greater than $1,000, made online or in-person, the "CLIENT COMPANY", MAY CANCEL ORDERS AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT NEW YORK TIME ON THE THIRD (3rd) BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE OF BUSINESS SERVICES. To cancel, Client Company must call Customer Service at +1 845.712.3258 AND email Team@MarketMasteryGroup.com, or such other telephone number that MMG designates to Client Company. By placing an order for Business Services, Client Company affirmed that the signer has the legal authority to purchase the Business Services on behalf of the Client Company. Please refer to your signed service agreement(s) for more details on our business to business refund policies.
Refunds for purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded based on your card issuer's policies. Refunds of purchases made by check, wire transfer, ACH, or cash will be refunded by check or wire at MMG's absolute and sole discretion.
